GPS update for Peugeot 208-II vehicles before 2020 (Wave 3)

1. Check the version installed in your car.
2. Check the vehicle model/navigator model (Wave) match.
3. Download the updated firmware file.
4. Download the license key for your car's firmware from the Peugeot website with the Peugeot app.
5. Format the USB flash drive (up to 32 GB) to FAT32.
6. Extract the firmware file to your PC copy all the contents of the extracted firmware folder to the USB flash drive.
7. Copy the license file from the root of the USB flash drive Disconnect the USB drive via operating system preferences.
8. Start the car.
9. Shut down all Start/Stop systems connect the USB flash drive with the update.
10. Wait for the update to be detected.
11. Update confirmation.
12. Wait for the update to complete without turning off the engine.
13. When the end of update message appears, remove the USB flash drive.Turn off and then on the navigation system and check if it is working.
14. Turn off the navigation system.
15. Stop the engine.

4. Copy all the contents of the extracted card folder to the USB flash drive.
5. Disconnect the USB flash drive via operating system preferences. 
6. Start the car.
7. Shut down all Start/Stop systems.
8. Connect the USB flash drive with the update.
9. Wait for the update to be detected. 
10. Update confirmation.
11. Wait for the update to complete without turning off the engine.
12. When the update complete message appears, remove the USB flash drive. 
13. Turn off and then on the navigation system and check if it is working. 
14. Turn off the navigation system. 
15. Stop the engine.
